I haven't posted anything in a while, I know. I feel like I don't have much to write about anymore, and it's also more pressuring to write now that I have a real audience. Most blogposts were written during the time that I was still developing the website, and I just wrote for myself. I could always decide later whether I publicized it or not. Reading back, the quality mostly sucks, so that's why I'm trying to write original and quality content now. But it's not working.

My IPv6 post had some success on Hackernews and Reddit. I spent quite a bit of time reading up on IPv6, got an idea of what the new things were, and started writing even though I was still reading about how the new things worked. This way I wrote down what I learned, and then others could learn it from me. Since most people didn't know much about IPv6, this structured form of taking notes was a great way to pick it up. It was new and had quality, and thus became pretty popular. Now I want to do the same for every post...

Writing itself isn't hard, it's finding what I know that others want to know (or what I partially know and can read up about). If you have any suggestions, there is a feedback form at the bottom of every post. One of the 3 questions is about other subjects you'd like me to write about. Note that I can't do all submitted suggestions, and neither can I respond to your feedback, so don't be disappointed if it doesn't make it. I'll try though!

Right now I have a few concepts, but they're all not... perfect I guess. I'm going to try to finish some of them anyway, and you should see some new posts within the next weeks. Maybe I must set a date for myself: The next blogpost will be online on Thursday (the 7th this month).

In the meantime, I'd like to ask everyone to fill out the feedback form. It takes like 30 seconds, or up to a minute or two if you're providing more elaborate answers. Everything will be saved automatically so you can stop at any time. If you want to change your answer of an open question, just change it and click the submit button again. It will overwrite your previous entry.

PS. It's odd that this is my 100th blogpost, the one where I'm talking about how little I've been posting. Perhaps I should have found something more spectacular for the 100th post. Let's do that at the 1000th then!
